When is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 15.00 (3 pm) and check-out is at noon. If it is possible to check you in earlier, we will be happy to oblige. It’s possible to leave your bags with the reception in our deposit even after having checked out of your room.

What credit cards to you accept?
For payment of services we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

What are the cancellation policies?
We normally apply the following policy: cancellations made more than 7-14 days before are without penalty. Cancellations made 3 or fewer days before arrival, and no-shows, are charged for all nights of the reservation. In any case, it’s always necessary to verify the actual cancellation policy at the time of booking. For any request, we are always at your service for agreeing on the best solution for your vacation.

Is it possible for a guided tour of San Gimignano and of the surrounding towns, and to visit the wineries in the area?
The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the walls of San Gimignano. Our staff will be happy to help you organize all kinds of tours and excursions in Tuscany, both in the bigger cultural cities and in many wineries in the Chianti area.

Do the rooms have views of the countryside?
The hotel has 2 types of rooms: those with private balcony and views of the splendid hills around the hotel, and those however that face the interior garden of the property. During the reservation process, or when making a request, you can indicate the room type preferred.

Is there air conditioning and do you have a swimming pool?
Yes, every one of our rooms is with air conditioning. All our guests have access to the swimming pool located in the garden of the hotel.

Do you have car parking?
We have 10 parking places for a charge available by reservation and 10 parking places without charge. If there are no spaces available on site, it is possible to park 50 to 100 meters away in the public parking lot, for a charge, or in unguarded free spaces around the hotel.

Do you have internet?
Yes, high speed wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel. There is also a private and secluded internet point located in the lobby.

Is it possible to eat in the hotel?
Half Board Service is available upon reservation, in our partner Restaurant located just 50 meters from the Hotel. Our snacks are available for lunch only, not all day long.
