LCG Lombardini Srl has carried out an innovation project aimed at digitalising and integrating the company’s management, administrative and commercial processes.
The project involved introducing and integrating software, applications and digital solutions to improve data management and analysis, automate business processes, support commercial activities and strengthen monitoring and planning tools.
The project delivers greater integration of information and processes, more efficient management of activities and better use of data to support business decisions, helping to raise the company’s level of digital maturity and competitiveness.
The project was carried out with the support of the European Union, under the ERDF Regional Programme (PR FESR) Emilia-Romagna 2021-2027 – Call for proposals supporting the digital transition of businesses in Emilia-Romagna – Year 2025.
